At Eazy, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return, refund and exchange policy is designed to offer you flexibility and peace of mind.

Exchange and Returns Process
We want to ensure a smooth and hassle free return/exchange experience. Simply follow these steps:

1. Quality Check: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Repack them carefully in the original packaging, including the invoice, just as you received them.

2. Initiate Your Exchange or Return: Go to your returns/exchange tab, enter your order details and initiate a return or exchange on the item.

3. We Take Care of the Rest: We offer two options: 
a) Self-Ship or Drop-Off: 
You can choose to either self-ship or drop-off the product at our Tirupur Office, and once we receive the product we will ship the new one.

b) Schedule Pick-Up:
We'll schedule a pick-up for your return and ship the new size(s) once we receive the product at our Tirupur Office.

 

Hassle-Free Returns
You can return the product for any reason, whether it's due to fabric, color, fit, or any other reason - no questions asked. We're committed to making the process easy for you.

 

You can exchange for a different size!
If you opt for an exchange, you have the option to select a different size of the same product.
For that click on Return/Exchange Tab on our website, enter your order details and then initiate an exchange for a different size of the same product.


You can exchange for something else!
If you want to exchange for a different color of the same product or an entirely different product, then you just need to contact us via e-mail or through WhatsApp and mention the product you want and the rest we will take care.

 
You can claim a refund!
If you simply wish to return the product and claim a refund, please click on Return/Exchange Tab on our website, enter your order details and then initiate a return, fill in your bank details, choose the shipment mode, and claim a refund.
 
Note: Hassle free refunds/exchanges are initiated once the product is received at our end and it has been inspected with no damages and wear & tears.


First Returns/Exchanges are Free
We happily provide first returns/exchanges at no extra cost, ensuring a seamless experience for you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
 
Second Returns/Exchanges
While, first return/exchange for an order is free, second return/exchange from the same buyer will incur a charge.
You have two convenient options:
A) Self-Ship or Drop-Off:
You can choose to either self-ship or drop-off the product at our Tirupur Office, and once we receive the product we will ship the new one.

B) Scheduled Pick-Up (Rs.200/-):
We can arrange a pick-up for a flat fee of Rs.200/-.
A payment link will be sent after you choose this option, and pick-up will be scheduled upon payment completion and we will ship the new product once we receive the return/exchanged product at our Tirupur Office.
 


Return and Exchange  by Category

  1. Polos and Shirts
  • Return and Exchange Period: You can return or exchange polos and shirts within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  1. Trunks
  • 30 Days First Try Guarantee: We offer a 30-day first try guarantee for our trunks to ensure you find the perfect fit and comfort.
  • Eligibility: The first purchase of a single trunk product can be refunded, replaced, or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: This guarantee applies only to your first return of a single trunk product. The item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

Something to Keep In Mind
  • Proof of Purchase: All returns, refunds, and exchanges require proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
