We believe in complete customer satisfaction. In case you are not completely satisfied with the purchase from, you can return the items to us, 48 hours of delivery of the order. We offer hassle-free returns & exchange.

You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:

Please send us an email describing your issue with the product along with an attached photograph of the product to call us at Customer Care: (+91)-9903494725 (Mon-Sat 9am to 7pm), and request a return with order reference number and request for return or exchange.  We will process the return or get in touch with you within 2 to 3 working days.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.

If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and e-mail us at  >> or call our Customer Care at (+91)-9903494725 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Any return request made to customer support, and sent by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise along with the original sales invoice.

After the merchandise is received by and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process an exchange or refund within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.

Note: Please be informed that payments for customer returns will be initiated post receipt and verification of the product in physical form.
